This hotel is a great option if you want to be close to the downtown but not in the midst of all the crowds. It's just a short walk to the main strip, so you can easily explore the town's attractions. The staff is friendly, and the room and bathroom are clean and modern. Plus, the game room is a nice touch for entertainment.

Don't expect anything too luxurious or high-end.

1.) Our room was near the main hallway and we could hear, kids crying and loud talking very easily. 2.)The music in the lounge area was the same all day long and got really annoying. 3.) Our view was of a building under construction.

Our hotel room was brand new and very well done. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the Capivari center. We had a free upgrade once we arrived. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. We decided to stay an extra day and they were very accommodating.

The hotel was being renovated when we arrived, so for one morning you could hear some work being done. However, the staff tried to make up for it and the new rooms were worth it.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the panoramic views from our balcony and the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks. The central location was perfect for exploring the town on foot and the game room provided free entertainment.

The room was not warm enough at night, and the shower leaked. The breakfast was not impressive with watery scrambled eggs.

The hotel was clean and had a nice view of the mountains. It was also in a good location, close to the town center and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the free afternoon tea and snacks provided by the staff.

The shower drain didn't work properly and the mattress was uncomfortable with holes in it. We only had one thin blanket on the first night which made it quite cold.
